Authentication for databank access is not clear #37

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Browse to admiral front page
2. select display datasets

To display the datasets, credentials are requested.  One has to look very 
closely to see that it is "Databank" credentials that are required, not the 
ADMIRAL credentials.

See also issue 15 - the solutions to these are may be related (e.g. through 
management of user session credentials on the ADMIRAL server)

This is a tricky problem to resolve, and does not seem to impact routine 
operations (yet).  So, for now, this issue is on hold, and should probably be 
handled at the same time as issue 15.
