Debian installation package for ADMIRAL #45

Creating a Debvian installation package for ADMIRAL will make it easier to 
install on more recent versions of Linux, especially coupled with system 
preconfiguation (seed?) files.

Cf. discussion notes with Canonical:
Preconfigured: "pre- post- package install scripts"  Look for Preseed.  (Ubuntu 
server manual).
