Shuffl enhancements

For implementation of Shuffl annotation tool, require:
- export/save RDF (mostly done, needs hooking in to application: implement new 
load/save framework
- enhance load/save framework to use RDF/JRON or RDF/XML: update UI to allow 
selection of different formats supported by plugins
- Improve Shuffl diagnostics when attempting save to local file storage
- Implement card deletion (or hiding)
