What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Browse to https://zoo-admiral-ibrg.zoo.ox.ac.uk/
2. Select "view submitted datasets"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expecting the dataset listing to appear almost immediately, but currently with
just 46 datasets (including packed and unpacked) in the silo, it takes 6-7
seconds. Some of the datasets have many versions (two have about 100 versions)
