Fix for the "Highlight reporter and assignee comments" broken feature #125

This change makes the Highlight reporter and assignee comments feature work even if you don't have permission to edit the assignee field, or even if you haven't login to your bugzilla account. Fixes #105.

@mnoorenberghe Alright. But, with still no response from @dylanwh to your suggestion above, over two months later, I'm afraid the commit you mentioned isn't going to be backported to BMO

Also, in Bug 974387 - upgrade BMO to upstream trunk (5.x) unfortunately no timeframe is mentioned, either.

Note that even if we accept that patch, this isn't a long term thing as the old UI will eventually be removed.

(including in upstream bugzilla, I just lack resources to coordinate porting it to upstream)

I see this feature (to highlight Reporter and Assignee) has been added upstream.
