several inline TBPL causes hang #72

I've seen pages with multiple try pushes that cause hangs induced by TBPL. Perhaps we should by default only display the last 1, 3 or 5 inline TBPL pushes. Perhaps the other can be a click placeholder like a video.

Thoughts?

TBPL support was replaced with TreeHerder
