New parameter apr_namespaces

Hi,

in our wiki there is a great number of namespaces which don't have to be approved. Therefore it would be beneficial to have an additional configuration option e.g. "apr_namespaces" where I could define namespaces where the plugin works instead of excluding the rest of all namespaces by "no_apr_namespaces".
