Ready for approval is broken #15

Hi, I've been using the approve plugin for a while and it has always been working, but since the last update (2018-12-02) "mark ready for approval" isn't working anymore. I can click on the button, but when the page refreshes nothing has changed. Clicking on the "approved" button works fine. Any ideas? Thank you

It seems like a bug. I'll fix it shortly.
