The second feature should apply only to pages that haven't been approved at all or also to those which latest revision is not approved yet (but have been approved previously)?
The second option would only appay to those documents, which haven't been approved at all. For example: In my company (a hospital) we have to define procedures precisely, e.g. medication doses. So we collaborate while designin the initial document, nobody should see this because it could result in the application of a wrong dose. Also, sometimes it is necessary to block a document quickly if a crucial operating procedure contains an error. I hope this explains the intention of my post.
At this point I do wish to thank you a lot for your work. Your plugin ist one of the most important of all, as it enables us to fulfill quality definitions in healthcare systems.
Hello! An option needed from time to time in my company ist the ability to "block" a page after it has been approved (similar to rejecting the display of a page as long as an approved version is not availabe). This is quite crucial for quickly removing information in standard procedures and updating it with new information (e.g. the dose of a medication) an then approving at again. I was thinking of some sort of "disapprove" button...
In addition, showing a message instead of a draft for pages which have no approved version yet would be another useful option.
