Wrong revision history display : green (approved) instead of red (draft) for minor change #34

At the top of the page, the validation banner appear as modify (red) but on revision history page, last revision (current) appear as approved (green)

Step to reproduce: dokuwiki : Release 2020-07-29 "Hogfather" approve : 2020-07-18 sqlite : 2020-04-09
