No longer working in Chrome #51

Since the last update, this plugin is no longer working in chrome. When an update is made to the page and saved, it does not trigger the change of status to "Mark ready for approval" and it does not show the updated content. There is currently no way to edit a page on Chrome with this plugin installed which is unfortunate!
