types not defined #2

When I try to enter a new ticket I get error "type should be defined in both lamguages" but I can't choose nor enter manually no type, there's empty list.

Types are added by dokuwiki administrator(or users in "bez_admin" group). You must have at least one type before you can add new issues. Types must be provided in two languages(English and Polish). Currently you cannot change Polish to anything else but if you find this plugin useful I may implement support for other languages too.

OK, no problem, currently I don't need these plugins. But it might happen that your plugins will be useful for people, so it's better to make them from the start more like standard useful plugins than just hacks for yourself. In particular, (1) to make English as a base and any other languages as possible additions to switch to; (2) to add setup description to dokuwiki page of a plugin. (Just my five cents ;) ).

How can I become a member of the "bez_admin" group? (step-by-step please!) (I am already member of group "admin" in my wiki.)
