Project files automatically linked to for all collaborators #279

Describe the requested feature:

Now one has to add the associated project files (like bib files, figures etc) 
as associated file for each collaborator before compiling. Best would be if you 
could just specify a shared folder with all the documents and if one 
collaborator includes the folder to the project, the others should not need to 
do the same.
