Persistence for private clsi server #330

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Change compiler to third party clsi server and compile document
2. Log out and log back in
3. Check compiler settings. The third party settings are no longer there

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect my clsi server settings to persist when I set them. 

What version of the product are you using? On what browser?
Firefox 8.0, Chrome 15.0.874.121
