Row context menu missing #205

The row context menu with options to hide rows and to set their colors is unavailable. Once this functionality is reintroduced, issue #100 needs to be addressed.

There is currently a row menu with color options. It's not clear whether it's really necessary to have the row visibility feature. Perhaps selecting rows is better done with filters?

Actually, I don't see a place for the option to hide rows any more, especially with what filters can do. Perhaps this feature may return at a later point, but for now I'll put this on hold.
