Add Keyness function #208

There is already support for some reference corpus functions. What is still missing is a function that calculates the keyness of query matches.

One problem with this (and also with other reference corpus functions) is that multiword matches are not supported at all. This needs to be changed.

The full functionality of the keyness functions have not been backported to the develop branch yet.
