Documentation needs to be updated #218

The current documentation is out of date in many regards. For example, the screenshots do not show the current interface, and the menus do not match the current contents any more.

The tutorial and parts of the user guide have been updated to reflect the new data management. Future releases will have to continually expand the documentation.
