Choosing a reference corpus fails if there is only one corpus installed #234

When attempting to set a reference corpus if only one corpus is installed, the corpus selector fails because it tries to work on an empty list of available corpora.

Either show an empty dialog in this case, or generally allow the active corpus as reference corpus.
