Preference menu title confuses on macOS #237

On macOS, the 'Settings' entry from the 'Preferences' menu is automatically move to the Application menu, and it is also relabelled as 'Preferences'. Thus, there are now two 'Preferences' entries.

Perhaps, the 'Preferences' menu should generally be renamed, e.g. as 'Options'?
