Functions that use the reference corpus are discarded on each new query, and are also not correctly restored on start-up. This is probably due to different ids for different instances of the reference corpus.
Test case: ALICE corpus with noun list as query strings, Word as an output column and Keyness: %DIFF on Word as a summary function. The first query contains the keyness column, but the next query doesn't anymore.
