Would like to be able to include/exclude columns during import. #26

If I have a CSV with many columns, and only want to inport a few selected 
columns, there is no way to pick and choose during the import process.

A checkbox about the column name would be a useful way to indicate whether 
to include the column's data.

Perhaps same for rows.

Not sure about rows, but it certainly makes a lot of sense for columns. Parts 
of that were in the program at one 
point, but there were some issues so we took them out. The new data model 
reduces dependencies of columns 
on each other, so this should be easier to do now.

Tentatively scheduled for 2.2.
