Crashing on Open

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Running the program

I would expect the program to run.  I have downloaded and reinstalled twice, 
and have sent the crash reports.

"Fatal Error Occurred" 

I'm running from the latest executable.

Not really much additional info to give.  I download, install, click the 
desktop shortcut icon, and get the error window.  See attached screenshot.

Curious why there are no responses to this yet.  Is there anybody out there?

If you are using Windows 7, try to open it with: "run as administrator" option.

Hi, Same problem with me. I installed it is admin and ran it as admin. 
Submitted error report - 193a9d.

Any ideas? I have Win7 64 bit with Java 7

Hi everyone,

I had the same problem but i decided to download the source code/project and 
run it using Eclipse (for example). Everything works now...

Hi, I wanted to try Parset, but, same problème as mentioned above, with Win7 
and Java 64. I do not understand what to do with Eclipse and the source 
code/project
