Bootstrap upgrade needed ? #168

Hello,

We use protractor and so your reporter for our project. I choose bootstrap to generated report appearance, but the style isn't applied with the current bootstrap version used by reporter.

with curent bootstrap version

So i changed the link of bootstrap in head of bootstrap template to the last bootstrap 3.x stable version (3.4.1), and scripts in accordance with it, and so it works :

with bootstrap updated

But each time I do npm install, the package is refreched and so my changes too. Is it possible to upgrade bootstrap on cucumber-html-reporter ? Or maybe it should work, so what have I to fix ?
