Introduce CMake scripts

This ticket is to provide CMake scripts for all supported platforms:

• Windows. Then the following files should be updates: ☑ Update CI/CD scripts from VS project files to CMake; ⬜️ Update distribution batch script for Windows from Code::Blocks to CMake.
• Linux ⬜️ Update CI/CD scripts from Makefiles to CMake; ⬜️ Update Debian package scripts from Makefiles to CMake;
• Android ⬜️ Update APK building scripts from Makefiles to CMake;
• macOS ⬜️ Update CI/CD scripts from Makefiles to CMake; ⬜️ Update DMG packaging scripts from Makefiles to CMake;
• Remove legacy building scripts: ☑ VS project files; ⬜️ Code::Blocks project files; ⬜️ Makefiles.
