Allow specifying an eBird data file as argument #2

The current behaviour of taking the last file in ascending alphanumeric order will remain the default, but some users might want to specify a certain file for processing (e.g. if they have data exports from multiple accounts).

Should the input directory parameter be ignored when passing a file(path) to yardlistr?

The file and directory arguments should be mutually exclusive.
