Update Spanish Colombia translation #355

John - thanks for the translations - can you set the merge branch to long_term_support? We don't push directly to the master branch - we use either develop (for glFusion v2.0 development) or long_term_support (for glFusion v1.7.x).

Also - we moved the translations to Crowdin - https://crowdin.com/project/glfusion-cms - it is a lot easier to maintain the language files there. I can still accept PRs and I'll upload them to Crowdin too.
