Ability to use subsplit sections for Youtube chapters #818

Some long runs end up having a lot of splits and go past the max limit of Youtube chapters if you use each individual split as a chapter. It would be nice to be able to choose to use subsplit sections as Youtube chapters rather than each individual split.
