[DKG] End time is missing in workloads metadata

HIRO: to check where is end time for workloads.

[ktatarnikovhiro]

• for jobs the end time is available and saved as end time
• terminated pods are available only via pod watch api

These two cases fixed and now end time is available in knowledge graph
