Reverts glacier-modding/H3-Community-Patches#166

This was approved before I got the chance to even see it had been submitted.

The newspaper's front on the original texture has clearly been deliberately aged, so de-aging it rather than aging the rest of the paper is not the best solution in my opinion. It also changes the actual text on the front of the paper, which is not at all within scope.

Additionally, there were several objections to this approach on the Discord, and this should not have been merged until some form of proper consensus was reached.

For these reasons, I'm reverting this change for the time being.
