Skintone fixes for Andrea and Cornelia #42

Andrea's skintone needs to be made darker in Paris, while, the opposite is true of Cornelia when she appears in Sgail.

NOTE: Cornelia's look is shared by other patrons in the Ark Society, so this change will likely affect them too.

It would probably be fairly easy to make a new variation for Sgàil Cornelia, like they did for Paris Andrea. It would probably require a new entity for the outfit, and a patch to the mission & charset. That would make her look like she does in Dubai/DGS without affecting any other Arkians.
