Improve grid resizing behaviour of hashcalc window #26

With my previous PR, I added an extra label in the hashcalc window in such a way that it messed up the grid resizing. This fixes that.

I've also added a minimum size to the grid columns so you cannot end up in a situation where the grid divider is so close to the window border that it's impossible to resize back, and it seemed like a good idea to add that to the main window / entity editor as well.
