Initial round of basic code cleanup
- Removing these includes should help improve compile speed
Added ReSharper configuration so that spelling issues are not reported on G2-specific things (only a few things in there right now, probably will add more as I go)
Some basic cleanups
By Tony's request, removed -extract_temp_from (which does nothing)
