[GUI] Fix the folder browser default folder not working #57

For quite a while now, the folder browsers (such as the one when you click 'Import RPKGs Folder...') didn't properly restore the last used path, although it did correctly get saved in rpkg.json.

I fixed it.

I've also made the single file rpkg import use the 'SelectFile' function, instead of duplicating the code from that function.
