Full "exposure" of the camera API #378

I'd like to see the camera API be fully available. I'm particularly interested 
in the exposure compensation and zoom parameters and the takePicture method, 
with the raw data parameter...

Also, it would be nice to be able to take a picture from the front camera for 
phones that have one.  Thanks!
