Load-Balancer HttpBalancerForwarder fix Executor pools and cleanup resources #23

HttpBalancerForwarder should define seperate Executor thread pools for 
nioServerSocketChannelFactory and nioClientSocketChannelFactory and even 
seperate thread pools for Boss and Worker for each factory.

Also, the stop() method should cleanup resources correct.
