SS7 card roadmap #236

RTP support needed.

As a first goal,
- 20 ms A-law
- no echo
- no dtmf
- no RFC2833

This will allow to move further. Next steps can be
- MGCP support, added to existing SS7-M3UA SGW
- ISUP-SIP onboard
