SCCP GT translation fails for wildcard with exact digits mathcing #272

Suppose Rule pattern's GT digits are set to 917797706077/* and mask is K/R such 
that first 12 digits are to be kept and rest all ignored. But if incoming 
address has GT digits exactly 917797706077, translation fails.
