False new version prompt #109

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to releases
  2. Download and install gladius-0.7.2-windows-setup.exe [latest at the moment]
  3. Run Gladius Node
  4. See promt

Expected behavior Show promt only if there is new release.

I think this is fixed by this commit: https://github.com/gladiusio/gladius-node/commit/11f0c68424cb4d5f3d804d70f43586de512f8ae9
