include toji's game-shim by default. #6

This is the implements https://github.com/gladiusjs/html5-game-template-old/issues/6 and also removes a bunch of stuff from the volofile that we weren't using.

I'm somewhat include to actually require this in the default app, perhaps commented out, because it really seems like something most folks are likely to use at least some piece of. Perhaps worth discussing with Toji before doing that, however.

Did a videochat review; r=alan, conditional on first commenting out the default game-shim dependency as a pre-defined array member so that it's super-easy to turn back on, with some explanation of the possible hazards (weird failure modes, performance differences, particularly in third-party libs going through these shims).
