as a game developer, i should be able to pull in a few key game libraries in order to get their functionality #8

For 0.1, a minimal set of useful game libraries should be compatible with "volo add".

Much of this will be done by creating package.json overrides for the packages that we care about and then checking them into the volo override repo.

https://github.com/gladiusjs/html5-game-template/wiki/game-library-volo-compatibility is tracking some known libraries.

Perhaps as part of this bug, perhaps separately, we should review the MDN open web app docs and see what libraries are mentioned there and add them to this list.

This is done in the sense that some basic libraries are available, along with partial documentation on how to add new ones. I expect that getting volo enough leverage to get a critical mass of libraries easily installable to take some work. I'm hoping to catch up with James about this tomorrow.
