Build finished,but unable to run #2

I made aneurysm project of examples in codeblocks, showing build finished,but unable to run. The command window showed: "Wrong parameters; the syntax is : C:\palabos-v2.0r0\codeblocks\bin\Release\Palabos.exe parameter-input-file.xml". So,why did this happen?How to solve it? thank you?
