Feedback on Facilities Feeds

Hi,

Great to have your facilities feeds open and data available. The quality of your data is incredibly high (so good in fact that I actually used it as an example for another operator recently!).

We have some feedback/questions that will hopefully help you make it even better for all users of your data:

Opening times

• On the website for Moss Farm Leisure Complex, the opening times are Monday 5.00pm - 9.00pm, Tuesday closed, Wednesday & Thursday 5.00pm - 9.00pm, Friday closed, and Saturday & Sunday 10am - 4pm.
• However, in the FacilityUses feed, they are Monday - Friday 5:20pm - 10pm (Saturday & Sunday are correct at 10am - 4pm).
• On the website for Northgate Arena, the opening times are Monday-Friday 6.30am - 10pm and Saturday & Sunday 8.00am - 8.00pm.
• However, in the FacilityUses feed, they are Monday - Friday 6pm - 10pm, and Saturday & Sunday 8am - 10:30pm).

Number of facility uses

• We just wanted to check if the 31 facility uses across 8 sites that we are seeing in our platform is correct?
• Do let us know if you think we should be seeing more than that/if there are more in your FacilityUses feed - it might be an issue our side.

Very early morning facilities

• We've noticed that there might be some tennis courts available very early in the morning, for example, 4am (ASTTENNISON_2020-01-01T04-00-00) & 5am (ASTTENNISON_2020-01-01T05-00-00).
• These have availability and we wanted to know if these are bona fide facilities that people can use?

Price discrepancies between Slots and FacilityUses feeds

• In the FacilityUses feed, there is facility use with id: ADTABTEN and 4 different prices in the offers array: £6.60, £8.60, £8.80 & £11.
• However, id: ADTABTEN_2020-01-06T21-00-00 (located by imin on 23/12/19 in the Slots feed) has a price of £13.
• We wondered why this might be?

Cross-referencing times in the feeds with your website

• For the sake of completeness, we normally cross-reference facility times in the feed against those on your website.
• We couldn't seen any facilities in your timetable and wondered if they were listed on your website anywhere?

Could you please let us know if/when you might be able to address these issues?

Following some updates by Brio, I've checked the FacilityUses feed and the hoursAvailable for Moss Farm Leisure Complex are:

• Monday 17:20 - 20:40;
• Tuesday 00:00-23:59;
• Wednesday 17:20 - 20:40;
• Thursday 17:20 - 20:40;
• Friday 00:00-23:59; and
• Saturday & Sunday 10:00 - 16:00.

These are different to the times in the feed last week, which suggests changes are propagating through.
