Incomplete location addresses

Hi Thanos (@FusionLIfestyle)

It looks like most of the locations have incomplete addresses.

There is typically streetAddress and postalCode but no addressLocality or addressRegion.

I have pulled out all the address data here:

https://www.getthedata.com/openactive/fusion-lifestyle/locations

Apologies if you are the wrong person to direct data quality issues to.

Are you able to bring in someone who can help get the addresses populated fully?

Hi Dan,

I guess that I am the right person. Data quality is related to the availability of our CRM and website features. So if our CRM system cannot record these details? I guess you need to work with the data that we are capable to provide.

What else do you suggest?

Here is an example of a centre where the website has the full address, but the feed does not:

https://www.fusion-lifestyle.com/centres/clements-hall-leisure-centre/

The address on the website is:

Clements Hall Way, Hawkwell, Rochford, Essex, SS5 4LN

I would map this to something like:

streetAddress: Clements Hall Way addressLocality: Hawkwell, Rochford addressRegion: Essex postalCode: SS5 4LN

But in the feed we have:

streetAddress: Clements Hall Way addressLocality: addressRegion: postalCode: SS5 4LN

So my question is: Are all the address fields held in the CMS being mapped over to the feed, or are some address fields not being mapped over?

If the CMS powers the website this seems to be a possibility?

There is a scheduled work which is going to improve quality. We are in the middle of a huge project to migrate the data to a new DB and improve visibility and quality. One of the task is to point centre location data to our CMS and not to CRM.

I cannot share timeline with you at the moment as I am not in charge of this project and there are many stakeholders involved.

• Work with the existing data now.
• We can expect the quality to improve at some point in the future.

Does that sound reasonable?
