Add cluster (sort) capability to playbook #34

  1. Review the cluster commands that we have run in the past:

    • are they written in the playbook?
    • are they being run?
    • are they correct? I.e. are the year ranges etc correct?

  2. Write a separate playbook YAML script to only cluster (re-sort):

    • cdm_full
    • cdm_lite
