Fix playbook to use same code for cdmlite and cdmfull #41

Stop using old code in: glamod-ingest/src/db-maker

Instead, set up everything in the glamod_database repo.

Main changes to bring in:

[x] Use environment variables in playbooks: https://docs.ansible.com/ansible/latest/user_guide/playbooks_environment.html#setting-the-remote-environment-in-a-task
[x] Add general cdmlite scripts into their own directory in glamod_database repo
[x] Fix up the playbook
