Get Ansible Playbook running to create database and configure everything.

Set up a test VM so that we can try installing the database from the playbook:

VM spec:

• 4GB
• 2 CPUs
• small

The playbook uses code from various github repos, as shown here:

https://breezy.badc.rl.ac.uk/glamod/glamod-playbook/-/blob/master/playbook/roles/cdm_database/defaults/main.yml

We may need to update things in a number of these.

But this task is just to get the database created successfully in its current state.
