Encourage maximum metadata provision (YB) #1

The user should be encouraged to submit all the metadata he/she has, not only the basic ones.

Perhaps this could be achieved by simply creating some recommended default directories (such as "data", "metadata", "quality flags"). Or by just mentioning at some point that any kind of additional metadata are welcome.

On Data Collection page, add text saying: "If you have additional metadata then please save it to text files and upload them with '-metadata' in the file names."
