Finalise Source Rights Status input on form (SN)

Proposal (which might be implemented slightly differently):

Source rights status drop down should have 5 main options:

1. Open
2. WMO Essential
3. WMO Additional
4. WMO other
5. Other

If the user clicks any of the WMO policy types then a summary explanation of the policy type would ideally appear and these can be found in the attached file.

If a user clicks "Other" then this opens up a further drop down option:

1. Creative Commons (CC) licence
2. Other
3. Restricted

If a user clicks on "Creative Commons (CC)" then this opens up a further drop down with the list of CC licenses options (See Excel file).

If user clicks Other then they should provide their own specific data usage policy and they should include data policy documentation.

• collapse to a single value (from a known list of options)
  • map to new CDM values
