One-time conditions page issues (YB) #2

The one-time Conditions Page is shown when the user first progresses to add data. Here are a set of issues regarding that page:

  1. Time-stamp requirement:
    • might deter users with data labelled as "morning", "afternoon" or "evening". Should we relax it?
  2. Why "at least one ECV"?
    • Irradiance alone is not accepted?

Agreed:

  1. Use: "Date and time information"
  2. Keep ECV restriction in place - this is what we are required to provide to the CDS.
