Issues related to the New Collection Form that is completed by the data provider for each new Data Collection:
Instead of "Source: Name + email address of individual or organisation from where the source originated." - separate name and email into two separate fields.
Allow documents to be uploaded to the Collection Form:
RESPONSE: The data provider can upload documents into the Data Collection itself so I think we are covered.
Inform the data provider via e-mail when the data has been submitted.
